ETM Bohemia s.r.o., a limited liability company based at Náměstí Přátelství 1518/4, 102 00 Prague 10, incorporated in the Companies Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Volume C, File 201330, processes – when replying customers’ questions or job seekers’ inquiries, in accordance with the European Parliament and Council (EU) Directive No. 2016/679 on the protection of physical persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on liberal movement of such data and on the repeal of Guidance No. 95/46/ES (general directive on personal data protection) (formerly also only “Directive”) – the following personal data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and address.
These data, i.e., name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and address, must be processed whenever replying to customers´ inquiries or job seekers inquiries. ETM Bohemia s.r.o. processes these data for 12 month.
The processing of personal data is carried out by ETM Bohemia s.r.o. which therefore is the personal data’s administrator.
Please be advised that pursuant to the act of personal data protection you have the right to:
- require information from us as to which personal data of yours we process;
- require explanation from us concerning personal data processing;
- require access to these data from us and have them updated or corrected;
- demand that we delete these personal data;
- if in doubt about the observance of obligations related to personal data processing, do not hesitate to contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
